SHIPPING CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

We ship our products worldwide. All orders are processed within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment. We do not ship on weekends and public holidays. If, in exceptional cases, we are unable to ship your order within the specified time, we will inform you immediately.

The product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so please beware of this information and thank you for making thoughtful purchases.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs depend on the destination and the selected shipping method. Below you will find an overview of the shipping costs:

  • Germany:
    • Standard shipping (3-5 working days): 4,99 €
    • Express shipping (1-2 working days): €9.99
  • EU countries:
    • Standard shipping (5-7 working days): 7,99 €
    • Express delivery (2-4 working days): 14,99 €
  • Worldwide:
    • Standard shipping (7-14 working days): 19,99 €
    • Express shipping (3-7 working days): 29,99 €

3. SHIPPING METHODS AND OPTIONS

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard shipping: Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days within Germany and 7-14 working days for international shipments.
  • Express shipping: Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days within Germany and 3-7 working days for international shipments.

All delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination. Please note that there may be delays caused by the shipping service provider that are beyond our control.

4. SHIPPING SERVICE PROVIDERS

We ship our parcels with the following shipping service providers:

  • Germany & EU: DHL, Hermes
  • Worldwide: DHL Express, UPS

5. SHIPMENT TRACKING

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your delivery online at any time.

6. DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver worldwide. However, please note that some countries or regions may be subject to specific import restrictions or additional customs charges. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. DELIVERY PERIOD

The delivery period begins as soon as your order has left our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been shipped. Please note that the stated delivery time is estimated and may vary in exceptional cases.

8. UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected from a collection point within the collection period, we reserve the right to charge shipping costs again.

9. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and are not included in the shipping costs.
